Comic Master is a free website where you can create a comic or short graphic novel. To be able to use this you do not have to give any information unless you want to be able to save the work you have done. To be able to save you will have to register giving an email and a password. One of the issues with this is that it was marketed specifically for boys and not focused on pulling to much attention form the girl audience. This site is very easy to use, by the drag and drop tool to insert pictures form the ones provided. Explanations show as the cursor is over one of the design options. Also there are sounds playing in the background of the comic you create. This is very good for creativity kids and would be good practice with young kids being on the internet to create the comic.
This site does have some problems though. It is so simple that kids are not able to import their on pictures, they can only use the provided pictures through the site. Also, there is a limited amount of characters and other visual elements that do not give enough customizability to be able to keep the kids attention for a long period of time. Users are not able to easily flip through the pages to be able to see their work and they can't share their work with other sites online. However, that does make it a safer site for kids to use which is good now days.
The Major advantages to this site are it super easy to use very straight forward. It is safe for the kids to use. and it does allow them to be able to print off their work to be able to show it off.
